Terms

Terms of use and security

These terms govern use of this website operated by Travel, Leisure & Destination Company (“TLD”), Lagos, Nigeria. Effective 2 November 2026. They are not a substitute for the booking agreement we issue when you approve a journey, or for professional advice on licensing, package travel, client funds or data protection.

Using the website

You may use these pages to learn about TLD and to send an enquiry. You may not misuse them: no attempt to probe, scrape in a way that degrades the service, upload malware, or impersonate TLD or another client. Content is provided in British English for general information. Examples on the site, including the family summer in London, are illustrations. They are not offers.

No booking until you approve

A form, an email or a conversation is not a contract and not a reservation. TLD does not commit supplier inventory, and you do not owe a fare, until you have approved the written plan, the price and the terms. Prices shown as “quoted after your brief” are not estimates you can hold us to. Inclusions, exclusions, cancellation rules and who is responsible for each part will be in that plan.

Third parties deliver parts of many journeys: airlines, hotels, handlers, insurers, schools, relocation firms, pilgrimage operators and hospitals. Their conditions apply to their own services. We tell you which party is responsible before you confirm.

Minaret, health and pilgrimage

TLD coordinates access and logistics for Minaret journeys. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe or certify fitness to travel. Clinical decisions, consent for treatment and medical records belong to Saudi German Hospital or another provider named in your plan. Hajj and Umrah places depend on official quotas and licensing. Visas are issued by the authorities. A place is never guaranteed by a page on this website.

Payments

This website does not take card payments, wallet transfers or deposits. Do not send card numbers, one-time passwords or banking PINs to any address, including info@tldcompany.ng. When a journey is confirmed, your concierge will name the payment route, the currency and the account in the written plan. If a message asks you to pay to a personal account or a new account that is not in that plan, stop and call the concierge on the number you already hold.

Security

  • Journey briefs are emailed to info@tldcompany.ng and, when the database is configured, stored for the concierge desk. Access to that record is limited to people who need it.
  • We will never ask you, by email, WhatsApp or phone, for your password, a one-time code, or a full card number.
  • Messages about a live booking should come from info@tldcompany.ng or from a named concierge using a TLD company address. Treat unexpected attachments and shortened links with care.
  • Passport scans, visas and medical papers are exchanged after engagement, on a channel the concierge names. Do not attach them to the first website brief.
  • Access inside TLD is limited by role. Supplier staff receive only what they need to deliver their part.
  • If you believe an account, a payment request or a document link is not genuine, write to info@tldcompany.ng with the subject “Security” and do not proceed.
  • You are responsible for the security of the email account and phone you ask us to use.

Acceptable information

Do not send special-category data (health, religion beyond the fact of a pilgrimage request, biometrics) in the open website form. A pilgrimage enquiry may state that you wish to perform Umrah or Hajj. Clinical detail belongs with the hospital.

Intellectual property

The TLD name, the lockup, the coral triangle, gold circle and sky square, and the words Go, Unwind and Arrive, are part of the TLD identity. You may not copy the mark, recolour it, reorder the shapes, or use it to suggest a partnership that does not exist. Page text and photographs are owned by TLD or used with permission. You may share a link. You may not republish the site as your own.

Liability

We take care with the information on these pages. We do not accept liability for decisions you take on the website alone, before a plan is agreed, or for failures of a network, an email provider or a third-party supplier outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that Nigerian law does not allow us to exclude, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction, without limiting any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
